Doing the Common Uncommonly Well

Virtuosity- or doing the common, uncommonly well, a simple, easily described definition exactly as it states- DOING THE COMMON, UNCOMMONLY WELL. Walking into a CrossFit gym is the first step, learning how to properly do the movements without risking injury is the second. Understanding the simple, yet complicated movements first will not only give you the strength but also the confidence to take those “common” movements you do in the gym and bring them into real life situations. This, right here, is the beginning of being able to understand how to properly move your body, prevent injury and improve your form and function in this sport.
