You don’t need to actually squat every day, but movement does keep us active and young. A sedentary lifestyle is detrimental to your health. You can see this is today’s society when you can have one 70 year old who is physically active with little to no health problems to another who has been inactive that is on countless medications, lacks proper posture and has numerous medical conditions. We don’t need to read the research on the subject we can see it all around us.
Age is just a number. Don’t let it fool you into thinking your old. We grow “old” when we stop moving. “Old” is nothing other than a thought. Change your thought process. Keep moving!!
