What does this mean to you?
My take on it is that we have one shot at life. Use it to be the best version of you possible. Be strong physically and mentally. In and outside the gym. The strength, dedication, self-esteem and confidence you develop in the gym makes you a force to be reckoned with.
Get strong. Physically and mentally. Healthy mind, healthy body. Be useful, be happy. Be harder to kill!!
