Let’s face it none of us are getting any younger. Even though we focus on moving correctly and safely injuries and/or surgeries can happen. Does this mean you need to give up on your health and fitness goals? Absolutely not! Look at it as a minor set back not a life sentence. All you need to do is temporarily adjust your workout regimen. The key is to keep moving. A body in motion is a healthy body. Yes you might be frustrated because you can not do the movements you enjoy but doing something is much better than nothing.
For example you have a knee injury or surgery. There are countless movements our coaches can give you to keep you strong and active. You can easily work your entire upper body and core without even needing to put any weight on your leg. We can even get your heart rate up and keep you conditioned safely!
As we age we are also bound to have some limitations. Especially if we are starting our fitness journey later in life. Again you can work around this! No excuses we can adjust every workout to fit YOUR needs and abilities.
Essentially the key is to never give up on your health and fitness goals. Stay true to yourself. Think outside the box, be open minded and talk to your coaches and trainers. Motion is key to a healthy mind and body. Don’t let your frustrations and set backs limit you, let them make you stronger.
