Weakness or process?
Nobody was born with the ability to do a muscle up, walk on their hands or snatch 275. Common in CrossFit, coaches hear “Oh I’m not good at that” or “pull ups are my weakness” So is it that we have a weakness or we don’t enjoy working on the weakness? My question is what’s your process or plan to get a pull up look like? How many hours have you put in? Are you tracking your progress? Does your coach know your goals? Training and practicing these skills are hard and might take weeks, months, and sometimes years to achieve! Love the process and don’t allow fear to stop you from being vulnerable with your coaches and community!
