*Scale BMU to 2x C2B/pull up/ ring row, etc.
*TNG UB Power clean and jerk weight should be challenging but manageable… You will have to rest between movements and battle grip fatigue to hold on to the bar. No resting at the bottom even for a second. You may rest with bar overhead or in front rack.
