Back Squat (2 x 5 )

ALL squats heavier than week 2


Front Squat (1 x 5)


Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time of:

Dumbbell Farmers Carry, 50/35 lbs, 150 ft

Dumbbell Front Rack Lunge, 50/35 lbs, 75ft

10 Dumbbell Push Press, 50/35 lbs
Good old fashioned grunt work.

Goal should be 10-14 minutes, scale weight appropriately
