Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 mins of:

60/40 Bike Calories

2 Legless Rope Climbs, 15 ft
Aiming for 4+ rounds, scaling rope climbs from legless –> rope pullups (1:2 ratio) –> bent arm hangs 15s/arm → pulls from floor (1:5 ratio)
