Perform this exactly as you did last week, even if you hit the cap. SAME reps and movements as last week but they are partitioned differently. This one is sneaky because there are far more transitions from one movement to another. To beat your time you are going to have to push the movements a little harder. Everyone’s aim should be to complete more work than they did in the 20 minutes OR beat their time from last week.
