Teams of 3 …12 min AMRAP
Teams will accumulate points by doing the following:
Calorie row 1 cal = 1 point
Pull ups/ Ring rows 1 = 2 points
Wallballs 1=2 points
Burpees 1 = 3 points
Thrusters 115/75 1 = 3 points
**Only one person at a station at a time**
**For the first 5 mins athletes must spend 1 minute at each station before they can switch**
This is a free class to everyone! WOD can be scaled for all fitness levels and abilities!
