Nasty little wod to light up your grip and butt, try to hang on for UB sets on the RKBs if you can, if not one rest at most in the later rounds.

If you are doing or Redoing 20.2, I would not recommend doing the benching work. Prioritize what is important to you, whether that is getting the Metcon in OR getting strong AF
