HS Nose and toes hold, shoulder taps, hip taps, off-wall HS holds, HS walk aways.



Metcon (Time)

For Time:

20 DB Squats (50/35)

20 DB Box Step overs (50/35 24/20)

100 Feet DB Farmers carry Walking lunges

40 DB Snatches

10 DB Devils Presses

10 DB Man Makers
