Minute 0-8

Accumulate as many synchro burpees as possible (2 people working at a time)

Minute 9-16

Accumulate as many synchro deadlifts as possible (155/105)/(two people working at the same time)

Minute 17-24

Accumulate as many calories on the AB as possible (1 person working at a time)
