Snatch Pull from Below Knee

Muscle Snatch


Snatch Push Press

Hang Power Snatch

Snatch from Below Knee

Set 1 – 5 reps of each w/ pvc pipe

Set 2 & 3- 3 reps of each w/ empty bar




Build up to 85 – 90%

For Time 10 Snatches @ 85%

*anytime you miss you must do 10 bar facing burpees
