Warm Up:

10 single leg dl w kb (each leg)

10 banded broad jumps

50′ walking toe touches


Pre Game:

divide class into even teams

Teams have 15 mins to warm up and establish a 2 rep max axle bar dl.

The highest 2 RM for each athlete is added to the team total.


After Party:

200m run

50 du’s

15 t2b

7 pull ups (c2b if possible)
