Min 2 : 20 air squats

Min 3 : 3 wall walks

 

WOD:

Take 15 mins to find a 8 rep max thruster ( from floor, no thrust jerks allowed)

 

After Party:

Every min on the min for 12 mins

Min 1 : 30 sec max calories on rower

Min 2 : 30 sec max pull ups

Min 3 : 30 sec max thrusters ( 95/65)
