Run or Row
review all of the movements and standards for the bear complex (empty bar) 5 times
-power clean
-front squat
-push press (not jerk)
-back squat
-push press
WOD:
40 min time cap
Bear Complex
5 Rounds of 5 times through unbroken and increasing in weight each round if possible
(unbroken means you can not put the bar on the floor at any point, power clean must be touch and go)
*may rest the bar while holding
