Pre Game

Take 2 mins to warm up to your starting weight

 

WOD

Every 2:30 for 20 mins – Bench Press (8 sets)

Set 1 : 5 @ 70-75%

Set 2 : 3 @ 80-85%

Set 3 :  1 @ 90-95%

Set 4-8 : 3 @ 85%

 

After Party

90′ Handstand walk for time (sub with 50 HSPU for time if can not HS walk)
