*15 tire flips before each station
Station 1: 100 burpees to a plate
Station 2: 40 run down bear crawl up hill sprints
Station 3: sled pulls – 40 lengths
Station 4: 120 KBS
Station 5: everyone on the team around the building together
*one member of the team will hold a med ball at all times – 5 burpee penalty every time it touches the ground
