Partner Rowling
Partner A Rows
Partner B Burpees (for Partner A’s rowing)
then switch
but the twist is:
Round 1: Normal rowling
Round 2: partner watches the screen and tell you when to stop without speaking
Round 3: Blind (no one watches) know your strokes
Round 4: partner watch
Round 5: Normal
After each partner rows round 1…they do their burpees together (even though they are different amounts) then start round 2
