WOD:
“Baseball” in teams of 3-5 complete:
3 x 9 min AMRAPS w/ 1 min rest between rounds
1st base: 6 t2b
2nd base: 6 box jumps
3rd base: 6 burpees
Home plate: 15 air squats
Rules:
– decide on batting order and switch with each amrap
– players advance from base to base by competing the prescribed movement and reps
– players must wlunge from base to base
– only one player from each team can be on a “base”
