WOD:
In teams of 3, one person working at a time, complete:
300′ back rack walking lunges (100′ each @ 100/75)
120 wall balls (40 each @ 30/20)
300′ handstand walk (100′ each, if a person can not HS walk, they can either have partners help or bear crawl 150′)
300′ back rack walking lunges (100′ each @ 100/75)
– each person must complete their required reps before switching partners
