3 wall walks

1 length walkoing RDL

45s nose and toes handstand hold

1 length high knee skipping

3x sprint start and power ten

 

WOD:

EMOM for 24 mins

Min 1: Row 250/150

Min 2:  10 push press (95/65)

Min 3: 50′ shuttle run (length of gym, down and back)

Min 4: 15 ab mat sit ups
