50′ falling forward hops

50′ running with jump rope

50′ pose running with large leg pulls



5 sets of

800m run

– rest 4 mins

Record fastest and slowest run.


After Party:

Spend 10 mins on stretching ; couch stretch, hamstrings, adductors, IT band.
