Warm Up:

run or row
10 scapula pullups
2 lengths walking lunge twists
:30 HS hold (w/ wall walk)
10 scapula pullups
2 lengths inchworms
10 scapula pullups
Death by Pullups/Ring Rows
minute 1: do 2
minute 2: do 4
minute 3: do 6…..etc until you can’t complete them in the minute
then start over until the last person has finished.
After Party:
Run 1 mile for time (up to Linden from the clock and back)
