10 glute bridges (each leg)

50′ frog hops

10 hanging hip touches (5 each arm)



2 rounds for time:

40 box jump overs (24/20)

30 deadlifts (225/155)

– rest 5 mins between rounds

(each round should be less than 10 mins, scale accordingly)
