Pre Game:

WOD:
Every 2 mins for 12 mins (6 sets)
-2 full snatches (155/95)
-4 box jump overs (24/20)
-8 pull ups (c2b if possible)
** scale to 3 mins if needed **
After Party:
3 sets of max hollow rocks ( or max effort hollow holds)
