Warm Up:

2 rounds

10 air squats

20 side lunges (10r/10l)

5 muscle snatches

5 snatch grip behind the neck presses

5 good mornings


Pre Game:

Review the snatch



Every 2 mins for 12 mins (6 sets)

-2 full snatches (155/95)

-4 box jump overs (24/20)

-8 pull ups (c2b if possible)

** scale to 3 mins if needed **

After Party:

3 sets of max hollow rocks ( or max effort hollow holds)
